As the sole manager of the Carowinds Entertainment Department, Josh implemented and executed all operations for the park's performances, midway characters and park-wide holiday events.  Each year, the department hired over 150 seasonal performers, technicians and supervisors.  Josh set the overall department vision and yearly goals, including establishing budgets and setting new policies to improve department efficiencies.  Working with multiple in-house teams and with outside venders, Josh was able to bring new and exciting concepts to the park.  Under his leadership, the Entertainment Department grew exponentially, receiving outstanding net promoter scores and a 100% score on all mystery shopper reviews during Josh's last year with the park.
